Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. European Union customers additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the parcel arrives, without needing to give a reason.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with any tags attached. We inspect every return; pieces that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.

How to return

1. Email hello@bigking.cloud with your order number and what you would like to return.
2. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service, and send us the tracking number.

Return shipping

Return carriage is paid by the customer, except where the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the return and arrange a prepaid label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the parcel reaching us and passing inspection. Your bank may take a further few days to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not run an automated exchange system. The fastest route is to return the item for a refund and place a new order — or tell us the size you want when you write, and we will hold it while your return is in transit.

Exceptions

Pieces marked as final sale, and any item that has been personalised or monogrammed, cannot be returned unless faulty.
