Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and despatched from our workshop within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates below are transit time after despatch, not total time from order.

Tracking

Every order is fully tracked. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is collected; it usually begins updating within 48 hours. Cross-border parcels can pass through several carriers, so we recommend checking the number on 17track if the local carrier site shows no movement.

Customs, duty and VAT

Orders shipped to the European Union with a value at or below €150 are handled through IOSS: VAT is collected at checkout and the parcel clears customs without a further payment on delivery. Orders above €150 are subject to local duty and import VAT, which are charged by the carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient.

United States orders below $800 are generally exempt from import duty.

Delays and lost parcels

Customs inspections and peak-season congestion can add several days. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund it in full — you are not left to negotiate with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check the delivery address before submitting. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or the parcel was unclaimed, we can resend it once carriage is paid again.
