Warranty Policy

Every piece is covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects — stitching failures, hardware breakage, and material faults that are our responsibility.

What is covered

• Broken stitching or seams that fail under normal use
• Hardware (zips, clasps, buckles, rings) that breaks or seizes
• Leather or fabric defects present at the time of manufacture

What is not covered

• Normal wear: surface scratches, patina, softening, colour deepening
• Damage from accidents, cuts, burns, or overloading
• Water damage from prolonged soaking, or damage from solvents and household cleaners
• Alterations made by a third party

How to claim

Email hello@bigking.cloud with your order number and photographs of the fault. We respond within one business day. If the claim is accepted, we repair the piece where possible, or replace it, or refund it — in that order of preference.

Repairs outside warranty

We would rather repair than replace. If a piece is outside warranty but repairable, we will quote for the work at cost and you can decide.
