Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bigking.cloud and any order placed through it. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send the despatch confirmation, not when you receive the checkout receipt. If a piece turns out to be unavailable or mispriced, we may cancel and refund in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars, euros or pounds depending on your region. We reserve the right to change prices, but the price shown at the moment you order is the price that applies to that order.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. Card details are never transmitted to or stored by us.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — photography, text, designs and the BIG KING name — belongs to us and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of their country of residence.
