Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data BIG KING collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to bigking.cloud and to any order placed through it.
What we collect
- Order data — name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, and the contents of your order.
- Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of the card; we never see or store the full card number.
- Account data — if you create an account, your email and order history.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, used to keep the site working and to understand what people look for.
Why we process it
To fulfil your order and handle returns (contract), to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation), to prevent fraud and keep the site secure (legitimate interest), and — only with your consent — to send marketing email.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the basket and checkout working. Analytics cookies are only set if you consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies for this site; the basket will still function.
Who we share data with
Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and the carriers that deliver your parcel. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax requirements. Marketing consent is kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are deleted after two years.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, object to processing, or ask for your data in a portable format. Write to hello@bigking.cloud and we will respond within 30 days.
