Trade & private label

We make for
other brands

BIG KING runs its own product development and production. Alongside our consumer line, we manufacture leather goods and apparel for brands that need a workshop rather than a marketplace.

Leather goods workshop

How we work

Two ways to work with us

OEM

Your design, our production

You bring the tech pack, the drawings, or a sample you already sell. We source the material, build the pattern, produce the sample, and manufacture to your specification — with your label, your packaging, your barcode.

ODM

Our design, your label

Our own patterns and constructions, produced under your brand. Faster to market because development is already done, and you can adjust materials, hardware, lining and colour to differentiate.

Capabilities

From pattern to pallet

  • Product development — pattern making, grading, and construction sampling for bags, small leather goods and apparel.
  • Material sourcing — full-grain and corrected leather, suede, canvas, wool, cotton and blends, sourced against your target price.
  • Hardware & finishing — custom metal hardware, edge finishing, lining, embossing and hot stamping.
  • Apparel construction — cut-and-sew for woven and knit, including lining, interfacing and trims.
  • Quality control — in-line inspection plus a final AQL check before packing, with photographic reporting.
  • Packaging — polybag, dust bag, tissue, branded boxes, hangtags and barcodes.
  • Documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, and material test reports where available on request.
  • Logistics — FOB, CIF or DDP, by air or sea, consolidated or direct to your warehouse.

Working together

Trade questions

What is your minimum order quantity?

100–300 pieces per style depending on construction. Small leather goods and knitwear sit at the lower end; structured bags with custom hardware sit higher because tooling is amortised over the run.

Do you charge for samples?

Yes — sampling is charged at cost, typically the material plus a development fee. The fee is credited against your bulk order once it is placed, so a confirmed programme pays for sampling once, not twice.

Who owns the design and the pattern?

You do. We sign an NDA before a tech pack is shared, we do not reuse client patterns or designs for other customers, and the pattern files are yours on request once the programme is complete.

Can you produce our labels and packaging?

Yes. Woven labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, polybags, dust bags, retail cartons and barcodes can all be produced or sourced to your specification and market requirements.

Do you offer exclusivity?

Case by case. Exclusivity on a specific construction is possible for programmes above a minimum annual volume, and is agreed in writing before development begins.
